We absolutely loved The Europejski. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, approachable. The building retains a great many original features, and its quaint decor really adds to the atmosphere. It is very clean and very well maintained. Our mattress and pillows were A1, as comfortable as you can get in a hotel, certainly to our taste. Shower was very hot and very powerful, something often overlooked, and not the case in many older properties. Not so here. The rooms are kept very warm, excellent heating, but large windows, and double layered curtains make ventilation easy, whilst preventing draughts. Tea tray was refreshed daily, and included a bowl of refreshing sweets, along with bottles of still and fizzy water, which was great. A small fridge was provided, meaning I could chill the water for overnight. Breakfast was epic, the amount of choices on offer were fantastic. I did not recognise everything that was there, being English (!) but we had a go at the various meats and cheeses, pates, terrines, along with everything else you could want. Breakfast is from 7 until 10 so there is plenty of opportunity to be fed and watered for the day ahead. Our room was very large, included a separate sitting room, and was easily accessible by stairs, or by lift which worked throughout our stay. Access to the market square, old town, and the main railway station was perfect, literally a 3 minute walk to platform 3 and the train to the airport. It is only a few minutes walk in any direction to the sites of the old town, and a bit further on to Wawel Castle (amazing) the Jewish Quarter, and to the university botanical gardens in the communism district. We did not need to use any public transport at all in our three day stay and We would have no hesitation in booking to stay there again.

My family had the pleasure of staying at Europejski Hotel and couldn't be more delighted with the experience. From the moment they arrived, they were greeted by the warm and attentive staff who truly went above and beyond to ensure their stay was comfortable. Their friendliness and professionalism made a lasting impression. The hotel's old-fashioned style is simply beautiful. It exudes charm and character of Kraków with exquisite decor that transports you to a different era while still providing all the modern amenities you could need. Each room is tastefully appointed, making it a lovely retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of their stay was the fantastic breakfast’ food selection; a diverse menu that caters to all tastes, showcasing local flavors as well as classic Polish breakfast’ dishes. Moreover, the hotel's central location is unbeatable. It's within walking distance to all attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it the perfect base for exploring krakow.

We loved the past century charm and the fact that the hotel chose to stay authentic and keep the “European” kind of vibe going on. Even though all furniture and decorations were almost too old, that was the real plus that made the hotel look and feel genuinely antique! Its location is very close to everything and we felt it could not have been better. The hotel is a few meters from Galeria Krakowska which also serves as an entrance to Krakow Głowny (main station) and right in front of the tram line. Although you can hear the tram, the room was not noisy and we slept really well (the pillows were dreamy)! Everything was clean, nice and tidy and the room always nicely warm! The breakfast buffet was nice and had food choices for everyone. The breakfast restaurant had beautiful big windows looking towards the city which made it feel like we were sitting at a nice cafeteria.

We booked Hotel Europejski because the old world hotel charm appealed to us and free parking was available, since we planned on hiring a car for our stay in Krakow. It does have a great old world charm, from the reception area and front desk, to the restaurant area where we had breakfast each day (included in our rate) and in our room. The hotel staff were great, both front desk and restaurant. One particular gentleman on the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet. We were at the back of the hotel which meant we didn't get much of a view, but on the flip side, we weren't exposed to possible tram and traffic noise out the front. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy walking distance across the road with suitcases etc. to the main station.

Very friendly, helpful and English speaking hotel staff; nice, clean room looking out on the square in front. slept with the window open, without much noise from the city. PERFECTLY located for me, a stones throw away from the (glowny) railway station, across the street from the old city, there's a small supermarket around the corner, the interior of the hotel is great if you like the style (I do!) the bed was like a womb, the breakfast was jummy. I didn't use any of the spa facilities, maybe next time, because I will me back in Krakow in May, and will definitely return here.
